Ambient Occlusion is now available in the Premium version of the Shaderfarm Library! This shader increases realism by creating soft,natural shadows. It works great on the edges and gaps of objects such as doors, walls, handles, and gives depth for characters and environments. Powerful Ambient Occlusion is also critical for rendering car interiors and objects with many details... Shaderfarm Ambient Occlusion is optimized to be fast enough for real-time so you preserve interactivity and other real-time effects!

Several additional urban HDR environments have just been added to the library as well as a complete re-work of the existing environments!
As usual, a comprehensive list of formats is supplied: 32bit spherical .hdr and 8bit .jpg up to 8192x4096px, 32bit cubic .dds up to 1024x1024px per face, 8bit cubic .dds up to 2048x2048px per face.

Shaderfarm library V1-04 released! including new re-written Carpaint, with metalic specular and adjustable wavy details on the reflections; new metals (Gold, Zinc and Chrome...); full OpenGL support; enhancements to reflections and light... reaching a total of more than 60 shaders and 190 tilable textures !

Shaderfarm v2.0. is now released ! Omni shader (ex "texture-shader") now has 4 variants to allow faster speed+higher rendering quality of reflections. New Texture-shadow shader for fast shadow generation. Car paint v2.0. with optimized code for faster rendering speed. Realism improved thanks to metallic flake control, and easier to apply with the 31 pre-sets built-in. New leather shader with bump and 12 pre-sets. Total library reaches 100 shaders and almost 300 textures! Also check the "barn" next week for additional Crystal shader for effects ranging from glass to diamond as well as a new metal shader including brush and circular brush effect.
